Kylian Mbappe has reportedly received an approach from club

Kylian Mbappe is out of contract at Paris Saint-Germain in June.

Real Madrid have informed Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe about the latest details of their offer to sign him as a free agent in the summer, according to The Athletic.

The online news portal claims that “the finances on offer from the Spanish side are lower than those of 2022, when, despite having reached an understanding between the parties, Mbappe finally decided to renew with PSG.”

Mbappe is out of contract at PSG in June and was reported earlier this week that the Frenchman has already agreed to waive a £69million loyalty bonus if he leaves the club this summer.

It is believed that he was offered a €130million signing bonus and a salary of €26m per year in 2022.

Real Madrid are looking at other alternatives and due to their current financial situation, any agreement between the Frenchman and Los Blancos will be on reduced terms.

The 25-year-old is now free to negotiate with other clubs about a potential free transfer this summer.

Meanwhile, the World Cup winner stated that he’s yet to decide his future amid the latest transfer links to Liverpool and Real Madrid.

“First of all, I’m very, very, very motivated for this year. It’s very important,” Mbappe said after scoring his 28th goal of the season for club and country as PSG beat Toulouse 2-0 to clinch the French Super Cup on Wednesday.

“As I said, we’ve got titles to go after and we’ve already won one, so that’s already done. After that, no, I haven’t made up my mind yet.

“But in any case, with the agreement I made with the chairman (Nasser Al-Khelaifi) this summer, it doesn’t matter what I decide.

“We managed to protect all parties and preserve the club’s serenity for the challenges ahead, which remains the most important thing. So we’ll say it’s secondary.”
