CONFIRMED: Arsenal lineup vs Liverpool

Mikel Arteta has named a strong starting XI to face Liverpool.

Mikel Arteta has made three changes to his team for today’s FA Cup third-round tie with Liverpool, with Reiss Nelson handed a start.

The winger comes in for Gabriel Martinelli who is named as a substitute, with Kai Havertz being pushed into attack. Jorginho takes the German’s usual spot in midfield, while Aaron Ramsdale is given the nod in goal.

Eddie Nketiah drops to the bench alongside David Raya, while Gabriel Jesus misses out on the matchday squad with a minor knee issue.

Arsenal: Ramsdale, White, Saliba, Gabriel, Kiwior, Jorginho, Rice, Odegaard, Saka, Nelson, Nketiah. 

Subs: Raya, Cedric, Sousa, Walters, Nwaneri, Smith Rowe, Martinelli, Trossard, Nketiah.
