Many EAFC fans will be eagerly anticipating the next installment of the hugely popular football simulation series, and likewise Liverpool fans who will want to see the ratings of the Reds players in FC 25.
This release marks the second iteration of the series since EA’s split from the FIFA license, and it promises to bring several innovative features and improvements that aim to redefine the virtual football experience.
EA SPORTS FC 25 is set to launch on September 27, 2024, with early access available from September 20 for those who purchase the Ultimate Edition/
One of the standout additions in EA SPORTS FC 25 is the introduction of the “Rush” mode. This new 5v5 gameplay mode offers a faster, more intense experience compared to the traditional 11v11 matches.
It’s available across multiple game modes, including Football Ultimate Team, Clubs, and Kick-Off.
In Career Mode, “Rush” allows players to take control of Youth Academy teams, participating in 5v5 tournaments that add a new layer of strategy and excitement to the managerial experience.
The game also features significant advancements in tactical gameplay with the “FC IQ” system. This system enhances the AI’s understanding of real-world football tactics, making team and player behaviors more realistic than ever before.
Players can expect greater strategic control, with team movements and positioning reflecting the styles of real-world teams.
This update aims to provide a more authentic and varied gameplay experience, where each match feels unique and true to life.
And as part of the promotion for it’s release, one Liverpool legend has been chosen as part of 14 dynamic Heroes arriving to FC 25 Ultimate team.
Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher given a Hero Ultimate Team card in FC 25
Jamie Carragher is one of 14 players given a Hero card by EA to celebrate the launch of FC 25.
Carragher enjoyed a legendary career at Liverpool FC, where he made 737 appearances from 1996 to 2013, becoming the club’s second-longest-serving player.
Known for his leadership and defensive prowess, the former England international was instrumental in Liverpool’s success, including winning two FA Cups, three League Cups, and the UEFA Champions League in 2005.
Liverpool fans will need to pre-order the game by 20 August to have a chance of landing Carragher, but they are guaranteed to get one Hero card nonetheless.
Pre-orders come with an untradeable Hero Player Item in FC 25 Ultimate Team.
