Ben Doak is a highly-rated youngster.
Signed by Liverpool from Celtic in 2022, the 18-year-old has already made an impression on the first team.
Doak has made a total of 10 first team appearances and impressed almost every time he’s been on the pitch.
But it’s not easy to break into this Liverpool team.
Mohamed Salah, Harvey Elliott and Cody Gakpo are just some of the names that you have to get past if you want to make the first eleven.
That’s not an easy task.
It’s one of the reasons that Fabio Carvalho has been linked with a move away from the club.
Carvalho is another highly-rated youngster, but getting regular minutes at Anfield is quite the task.
And it seems as if some English Premier League sides are looking to explore a move for Ben Doak.
Ben Doak wanted by EPL sides
According to CaughtOffside, Brentford, Leicester City and Southampton are interested in a move for the youngster.
All three sides are looking to add more firepower to their attack and see Doak as a potential option.
In the case of Leicester and Southampton, they’ve also been credited with a move for Carvalho.
Southampton had a bid rejected for the player, while Leicester City have seemingly entered the race for the former Fulham attacker.
Those two teams seem keen on bringing a Liverpool FC player to their club this summer.
And it seems that Ben Doak could also be an option if they don’t get Fabio Carvalho.
Brentford, who have seen a summer of interest in their own strikers Ivan Toney and Bryan Mbuemo, are likely looking to freshen up their attack in the hope of securing another season in the English top flight.
Ben Doak recently played for a Liverpool under-21 side that trashed Ipswich Town under-21s 5-2.
