Fabio Carvalho is finally set to leave Liverpool Football Club.
After spending a couple of loan spells away from the club, it seems that a permanent move is now on the horizon.
Southampton had a bid rejected for the player earlier this week.
It was also rumoured that Leicester City were in the race to sign Carvalho.
But it seems that another English Premier League side is set to get the deal over the line.
Portuguese sports newspaper A BOLA report that Liverpool have sold Portuguese attacker, Fabio Carvalho, to Brentford on a permanent deal.
The package is worth €20million plus add-ons.
It is believe that the youngster has accepted the deal.
With the likes of Cody Gakpo, Luis Diaz and Curtis Jones competing for the same place in the first team, it seems that both the club and player have concluded a move would be best for all parties concerned.
A BOLA report that Wolverhampton Wanderers were also linked to the player, but ultimately The Bees have won the race for his signature.
After 2 years in Merseyside, Fabio Carvalho’s time at Liverpool is over and he’ll look to continue his career in the English Premier League in West London.
