Fabio Carvalho has completed a loan move to Hull City, a club statement confirms.

The 21-year-old will spend the remainder of the season at the MKM Stadium alongside fellow Liverpool man Tyler Morton.

Carvalho was previously on loan at Bundesliga side RB Leipzig, but a lack of gametime meant another loan was inevitable.

The attacker made the switch to Anfield from Fulham in the summer of 2022, and has since made 21 senior appearances for the team, scoring three goals.

Hull City are currently 7th in the Championship, and will likely hold hope out making it to the promotion play-offs at the end of the season.

Tyler Morton has made his impact felt with The Tigers, already making over 20 appearances under manager Liam Rosenior.

Hopefully Fabio Carvalho is able to show that he is deserving of the same playtime.

Hull City owner Acun Ilicali previously spoke on Carvalho, saying:

“So many clubs wanted him [Carvalho] and he chose us. It’s because of the way we are playing the game.”

“Liam Rosenior has a big effect on that, playing nice football.”

“He wants to go to a place where he will enjoy football. Hull is the best place for him to improve his talents.

“We are a fantastic club with fantastic players and a fantastic coach. Everything is so good here.”

We wish Fabio Carvalho all the best for the rest of the season, and hopefully is able to show the form that made Liverpool purchase him in the first place.
